SMS by CBN
Connect your own Netgsm, Verimor, Mutlucell, İleti Merkezi or Kobikom account to Bitrix24 and send SMS from CRM cards, automation rules and bulk campaigns – with delivery reports written back to the CRM.
Your provider, your prices
Use your existing SMS contract. Several accounts and providers can be connected at the same time; each becomes an SMS provider in Bitrix24.
Sender IDs and balance
Approved sender IDs (headers) and remaining credit are read automatically from the provider. Low balance warnings keep you sending.
Bulk SMS from CRM
Filter contacts, companies or deals, tick recipients, save them as lists and send personalised messages with {NAME}-style variables.
Delivery reports
Delivered / undelivered statuses are collected from the provider and shown in Bitrix24 and in the statistics screen.
Permissions
Decide per employee or department who can see, use or manage each SMS account, send bulk SMS, edit lists or view statistics.
İYS ready
Commercial messages can be sent with İYS (Turkish message management system) consent filtering for individual or merchant recipients.
How it works
- Install the application from the Bitrix24 Market.
- Open SMS by CBN in the Bitrix24 menu, click Connect account, choose your provider and enter its API credentials.
- Pick a sender ID. The account appears in CRM → Settings → SMS providers as “SMS by CBN – Provider – Sender ID”.
- Send SMS from any CRM card, automation rule or the Bulk SMS screen.
SMS by CBN is free. SMS messages are billed by your SMS provider under your own contract. Netgsm, Verimor, Mutlucell, İleti Merkezi and Kobikom are trademarks of their respective owners; SMS by CBN is an independent integration and is not affiliated with them.
